ARGUS Developer Certification Bundle includes 5 Developer eLearning Courses (Introduction to ARGUS Developer; Unit Sales; Capitalized Rent; Structured Finance; and Snapshot), Certification Manual (eBook), 3 Month Academic (PC) ARGUS Developer License, Prep Exam and the ASC Exam. Upon successful completion of this exam, users achieve certified status in ARGUS Developer. The certification is valid for two years. Note: Courses must be completed within 90 days of purchase date.

The certification is valid for two years and can be renewed by taking the recertification exam. You will need a working copy of ARGUS Developer in order to complete section 2 of the exam. The case study portion will be either, Office, Retail or Mixed Use (Office/Retail) property type.

Note: The eLearning courses, prep exam and online certification exam may be taken at any time but it must be completed within 90 days of purchase date. License is compatible with Windows PC computers only, not compatible with MAC.
